Electrical and instrumentation services
Starter Installation & Wiring
Star-Delta, DOL, reverse/forward, and VSD starter circuits, wired to drawing and tested under load.
Motor Installation & Overhaul
Installation and overhaul of AC motors from 15kW to 900kW, including rewinds, bearings, and load testing.
Cable Installation
Cable laying, glanding, and termination, plus tray fabrication, sized and routed to the actual load.
UPS & Generator
Installation and maintenance of UPS units and standby generators, including changeover switches.
Control Panel Installation
Control panels installed, wired, and terminated to drawing, then tested before the site takes over.
Fibre Optic Splicing
Fibre optic splicing for process control and communication links, tested for signal loss before handover.
Pan Instrument Overhaul
Overhaul of pan instruments used to monitor and control the boiling process, calibrated before reinstallation.
